what is a full life?
pursuing Jesus in the ordinary.
day after day we are faced with trials, big and small, and it can seem like the grief and hardships are never ending. Especially when we only weigh them next to big good things that happen in our lives.
“God's goodness is always with us” (Psalm 23:6). maybe if we learned to constantly appreciate the little victories in life they will start to overshadow the pain you face. That amazing coffee this morning, all green lights on your way to work, the breath in your lungs, that amazing meal, an outfit you love, a smile from a stranger, a song that just hits, lighting nice candles, the pretty sunset, the list goes on.
Jesus is ever present with us. He created goodness and wants us to experience it and cultivate gratitude in it. the moment you start seeking joy in the little things is a moment your relationship with Jesus will grow exponentially. You will be able to be filled with peace and joy despite what you go through because you’re able to constantly see Jesus active in your life.
pursue Jesus in the ordinary. Rejoice in the little things. Be excited and grateful about every aspect of life!
That’s a full life.
Also remember that if you’re ever struggling, reach out to your friends + people that care about you! I am always here for any of y’all, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to me too!!
